Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with PEPR Prints. We want you to love your order. This policy sets out when and how you can return an item, and what to expect.

Returns window

We accept returns on most standard (non-personalised) products within 14 days of the delivery date, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Prints must be returned flat or in their original tube. We cannot accept prints that have been mounted, framed, or damaged after delivery.

How to start a return

Email us at thepeprmill@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not post the item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior notice may not be refunded.

Return shipping

  • If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
  • If you are returning for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), you cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Personalised or made-to-order items

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items that are personalised, bespoke, or made to your specification are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We will still replace or refund any personalised item that arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
