Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled from our print partner and shipped to your delivery address. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are produced and dispatched within 2-4 business days of order confirmation. You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, and Australia.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local courier delays, or peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Customs & import duties

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within 2-4 + 2 business days of ordering, email thepeprmill@gmail.com.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as stuck or if delivery is significantly past the estimate above, email thepeprmill@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they've been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-dispatch (additional shipping cost applies).
